<body> <h1><font face="Arial,Helvetica,Geneva,Swiss,SunSans-Regular" size="2" color="white">With an experienced team of selected EFL (English as a Foreign Language) teachers, Atlas is launching an exciting new Summer School in Devon which aims at the highest standards of tuition, accommodation and social activities for students aged from 12 to 17 years old. </font></h1> <h2><font face="Arial,Helvetica,Geneva,Swiss,SunSans-Regular" size="2" color="white">Our aim is to give all students the best possible opportunity to improve their English language skills over their two week stay with us. </font></h2> <h3><font face="Arial,Helvetica,Geneva,Swiss,SunSans-Regular" size="2" color="white">We believe that this can be achieved in an enjoyable way, through sharing lessons together, taking part in a social programme and staying with carefully selected English host families. The courses are also multinational in order to give the students even greater opportunity to practise speaking English.There will normally be a maximum of 10 students in each class. The low class sizes will enable the teachers to concentrate on the needs of the individual, who will benefit from the increased care and attention.These same teachers will accompany the students throughout all the activities in the social programme. This will give the students ample opportunity to get to know their teachers in a relaxed environment. We can also guarantee every student the opportunity to visit London on the middle Saturday of their course. All students will stay with friendly host families in Exeter. We will always do our best to match our students with an appropriate family who have children of a similar age. The families will always involve their student in any activity that they would normally undertake themselves. We have made every effort to create a holiday that will help students to enjoy their improvement and improve their enjoyment. We hope to see you this summer!</font></h3> <h3><font size="2" face="Arial,Helvetica,Geneva,Swiss,SunSans-Regular" color="white">All the teaching will be carried out by our team of qualified and experienced EFL (English as a Foreign Language) teachers. Class sizes will normally be limited to a maximum of 10 students per class.<br> <br> At Atlas Language School we believe that low class sizes make a difference to both the teachers and the students.<br> The students will benefit from being placed in a class with people of very similar ability and needs. This will also help<br> the teachers to prepare appropriate work for their class. Furthermore, where class sizes are small, each student will benefit from a higher proportion of individual attention from their teacher.<br> <br> Atlas Language School uses classrooms at Exeter College of Further Education where we also have use of the Library (reading, photocopying and studying), Student Union Coffee Bar, Student Refectory and the Sports Hall.<br> <br> The classrooms themselves are of the highest quality and are fully equipped with television, video, tape-recorder, overhead projection and slide projection equipment. The classrooms are spacious and light and are cleaned every evening.</font></h3> <h3><font size="2" face="Arial,Helvetica,Geneva,Swiss,SunSans-Regular" color="white">Living with a host family really makes the most of your stay. It will give students their greatest insight into the British way of life and provide them wth another forum to practise their speaking and listening skills in English.<br> <br> All our host families are inspected by our Accommodation Officer. They are selected for their friendliness and the kindness they will show the students. In addition, only houses that are clean and comfortable will be added to our register. Our Accommodation Officer will only accept host families who can provide the sort of environment that her own children would be happy in.<br> <br> We will always try to match our students with an appropriate host family.
